My response: Where do you think people will discuss it? At Tim Hortons? Facebook is a way to unite people across the city. I personally don’t like Facebook, but I do appreciate it’s simple format to bring thousands of Red Deerians together in a single place. You can hear from the reactions made at the Public Meeting for the Accelerator Fund that it is not often you will find Red Deerians attend a public meeting. This is, again, disappointing but not unique to Red Deer.
