My Answer: "Yes, I believe you should be a resident of a Riding for no less than 2 yrs before running for municipal council. I moved back to City of Red Deer September 30, 2022. 2yrs 9mos ago. On the other part of my comment about this that I made on X, I was born in Canada and I am a Canadian citizen only."
